The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to school served food products.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1C of chapter 69 of the General Laws appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second paragraph the following paragraph:-
The board shall require that public schools furnishing lunches or breakfasts list the amount of carbohydrates contained in all food products served to all diabetic children, teachers and faculty.
