An Act extending municipal bonding terms for local infrastructure development programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 23L of the General Laws, as added by section 14 of chapter 238 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended in subsection (a) by striking the words “25 years” and inserting in place thereof the following:- 30 years SECTION 2. Section 5 of Chapter 23L of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended in subsection (b) by striking the words “25 years” and inserting in place thereof the following:- 30 years |
