The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to insurance surcharges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 221 of chapter 68 of the acts of 2011, is hereby amended by inserting, in the thirteeth paragraph, at the end thereof, the following sentence:-
Driving a motor vehicle which has an expired inspection sticker shall not be considered a surchargeable incident.
