An Act relative to collective bargaining at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 25 of chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "employees;" in line 10, the following words:- and the number of part time employees hired in each classification; |
