The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to Title V approval.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 23 the word “and”.
SECTION 2. Section 13 of chapter 21A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 26, after the word “grantor” the following:-
“; and (5) where the installation of such a system has occurred within the previous three years”
