Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Chapter 229 of the Acts of 2010 is hereby amended by striking the first word "when" in "Article IV" and replacing with the following: "if by January 1, 2018" |
