The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission shall issue a request for applications for a category one license in the southeast region of Massachusetts. Such request for applications shall be issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission no later than March 31, 2013 or at such time to coincide with the issuance of request for applications for a category one license as shall occur in the other designated regions of the Commonwealth. |
