The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to privately owned public use airport real estate taxes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding the following clause:
“Fifty-eighth. With respect to property owned by a privately owned/public use airport that is used for aviation, that portion of which is used for taking off, landing and taxiing but not the portion from which non-aviation income is derived.”
