The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to economic development and industrial corporations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (6) of Section 1 of Chapter 121C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “welfare” in line 53, the following words:- “(2 ½) a project to be undertaken in accordance with an economic development plan for the rehabilitation or redevelopment of industrial properties for use as commercial, retail, or housing units,”.
SECTION 2. Subsection (6) of Section 1 of Chapter 121C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “manufacturing” in line 61, the following words:- “commercial, retail, or housing”
SECTION 3. Section 2 of Chapter 121C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “manufacturing” in line 28, the following words:- “commercial, retail, or housing”, and is further amended by inserting after the word “industrial” in line 46, the following words:- “commercial, retail, and housing”, and is further amended by inserting after the word “manufacturing” in line 49, the following words:- “commercial, retail, and housing”
