An Act Relative to the Anti-Bullying Seal of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 2 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:- Section 61. The anti-bullying seal of the commonwealth shall be circular in form with a circle containing a circle. Bearing upon the face of the seal shall be a drawing of two birds with the bird on the left elevated above that on the right and displaying a peace sign on his stomach. The bird on the right shall be displayed as wearing sunglasses and a jacket. Within the smaller circle shall be a cloud. Written in the border of the seal shall be the words “Massachusetts Rise Above Bullying.” The colors of the seal shall be as follows: the birds shall be green, the interior circle shall be white with a black border and the exterior circle shall be yellow with a black border. The words “Massachusetts Rise Above Bullying” shall be written in black. |
