The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act protecting businesses that donate to food banks.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 328 of Chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the beginning thereof the following:--
For the purpose of this section "Person" shall mean an individual, corporation, partnership, an association, joint stock company, a trust or an unincorporated organization.
