An Act relative to military leave.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 1. Section 59 of Chapter 33 of the Massachusetts General Laws shall be amended by striking the following words:-

              “which, by vote of its county commissioners or city council or of its inhabitants at a town meeting, accepts this section, or has accepted similar provisions of earlier laws,”
