The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the justices of the housing court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 8 of chapter 185C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010
Official Edition and amended by Sections 32 and 33 of Chapter 93 of the Acts of 2011, is
hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words “one justice” and inserting in place
thereof the following words:- two justices.
