The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to placing level 2 sex offenders on-line .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Section 178D of the Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts general laws is hereby amended by striking after the number “1”, the following words “ or level 2” and is further amended by adding after subsection (ii) of said section 178D the following words at the end thereof, “, including institutions of higher learning.”
Section 2: Section 178J of the Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts general laws is hereby amended by striking after the word “offender” the following words, “, If available”.
