The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to limit smoking to detached single family residences.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause 2 of subsection (b) of section 22 of chapter 270 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 115, after the word “classrooms” the following words:- residences, other than a detached single family residence,
SECTION 2. Clause (1) of subsection (c) of said section 22 of said chapter 270, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 143, after the word ”Private”, the following words: single family detached.
