An Act relative to the parole recommendation panel .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION__.  Section 4 of Chapter 27 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 6, the word “may” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- shall; and

              further, in said section 4, by striking the last sentence of the second paragraph.
