The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to establish Uncle Sam Day.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Resolved, that, notwithstanding any general law, or special law to the contrary, Uncle Sam Day will be celebrated on September 13th of each calendar year and municipalities shall commemorate "Uncle" Sam Wilson, born in Arlington, Massachusetts.
