The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to health reimbursement accounts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or specific law to the contrary, Health Reimbursement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts shall be deemed legal if enacted by a vote of the Group Insurance Commission, or in the case of a municipal insurance program or quasi state or local government insurance program, by the appropriate body having authority to establish said accounts. |
