An Act further regulating certain municipal regulatory approvals..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Paragraph (2) of subsection (b) of section 173 of chapter 240 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by adding the following clause:- (iv) a project that has received funds before July 1, 2010 from the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency through the infrastructure development assistance program pursuant to chapter 293 of the acts of 2006. |
