The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to employee contributions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 22 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- (m) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, including the provisions of this section, no member who is not a member of the state police as defined in section (b) shall contribute more than nine percent of said member’s salary. |
