The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An act relative to unclaimed property in the Commowealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 200A of the General Laws is hereby amended in all instances where the word "abandoned" appears by adding the following words thereafter:--and unclaimed Section 2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, wherever the term "abandoned property" appears, as defined in Chapter 200A of the General Laws, the following words shall be added thereafter:--and unclaimed |
