An Act relative to making votes of the Parole Board public.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 130 of chapter 127 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 7, after the words “for said decision” the following: ,and the vote of the board indicating each individual member’s vote |
