An Act Extending Creditable Service for Peace Corps Service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (r) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the general laws is hereby amended in line 372 by inserting after the words “public school guidance counselor,” the following;- or faculty member, professional employee or librarian employed by the system of public institutions of higher education as defined in section 5 of chapter 15Aof the general laws. |
