An Act to increase access to health services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of section 2 of chapter 32A as most recently amended in chapter 130 of the acts of 2008 is hereby amended by adding after the words “of Suffolk County” the following: "…persons who are employed by private human service providers that deliver human and social services under contracts with the office of the Department of Housing and Community Development." |
