The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the use of crossbows.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 69 of Chapter 131 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding after the word "arrow," in both instances where it appears in the first sentence, "or crossbow". SECTION 2. Said section 69, is hereby further amended by striking the remainder, following the words "used for hunting purposes." |
