An Act relative to the drug Salvinorin.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                              SECTION 1.  Section 31 of Chapter 94c is hereby amended by inserting the following new subsections under subsection (e) of the Class C schedule: -

              (17)  salvinorin A

              (18)  salvinorin B

              (19)  2-methoxymethyl salvinorin B

                              SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon passage.
