An Act relative the issuance of parking tickets.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Notwithstanding the provisions of section 20A1/2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, any police officer shall not issue any parking ticket one-half hour after sunset or one-half hour before sunrise.
