The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to restaurant rejuvenation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 305 of the Acts of 2008 is amended in section 14, subsection 2(1)(c) by adding after the word “setting” the following:- or a restaurant licensed pursuant to chapter 140 of the General Laws; |
