The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the Division of Professional Licensure.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Forester Licensing Board as it exists under the control of the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall be transferred under the control of the Division of Professional Licensure. SECTION 2. The Division of Professional Licensure shall further create a Board of Registration for foresters and promulgate any regulations necessary for the establishment and operation of said Board. |
