The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to veterans education funding.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 115 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- Section 16. Notwithstanding all other provisions of chapter 115 or any other general or special law to the contrary, no state funding shall be allocated to the higher education of veterans until all federal funding resources have been exhausted under the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill as established by Title 38, Chapter 33 of the U.S Code. |
