The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to municipalities' liability for post-employment benefits other than pensions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Each city and town shall report to the Division of Local Services its liability for post-employment benefits other than pensions provided to retired employees, including but not limited to health insurance and dental and vision benefits. The Division shall provide the data to the House and Senate Committees on Ways and Means and to the Executive Office for Administration and Finance not later than July 1, 2012. |
