The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to penalties for workplace violations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6F of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking in line 2 the term “five hundred” and inserting in place thereof the following term:- “five thousand” SECTION 2. Section 65 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking in line 2 the term “fifteen hundred” and inserting in place thereof the following term:- “twenty five thousand” |
