An Act relative to the rescue of foals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 78A of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “killing” in line 3, the following words:- or rescue by an animal rescue organization to preserve the life of the foal . |
