An Act to encourage the recycling of unused medications.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  The Department of Public Health shall established a program to allow for repositories to accept donated prescription drugs and medical supplies for the purpose of dispensing the donated drugs to certain individuals and organizations.

              SECTION 2.  The Department of Public Health shall promulgate regulations establishing the standards for said repositories and individuals and organizations .
