The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to voluntarily provide certain medical information on drivers licenses .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8D of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "thirteen" in the line 12, the following words:-, and the registrar shall make available a suitable decal to be voluntarily affixed by to the license of a person who has diabetes. |
