An Act Text of the recommended amendment (Ways and Means) to the House Bill making appropriations for the fiscal year 2012 for the maintenance of the departments, boards, commissions, institutions and certain activities of the Commonwealth, for interest, sinking fund and serial bond requirements and for certain permanent improvements (House, No. 3401).
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
