An Act relative to the licensing of firearms for persons 70 years of age or older.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 131 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as amended by section 3 of chapter 466 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 267, the words "over the age of 70" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 70 years of age or older.
