The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act providing retirement benefits for an employee of western Massachusetts communities. .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any special or general Law to the contary, the Franklin Regional Retirement System may provide retirement benefits, commensurate with dates of service and contributions made to the retirement system prior to the date of this act , to Wendy Foxmyn, for employment services provided to several communities under the purview of said retirement system by said employee.
