An Act relative to reporting abuse of disabled persons.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 19C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “officer”, in line 27, the following words: - , fire fighter, emergency medical technician, paramedic, correctional officer.

              SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 19C, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 29 and 30, the words “to disabled persons” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- or treatment to a disabled person.
