An Act designating a certain portion of Route 197 in the town of Dudley as the Anthony B. DiDonato, Sr. Memorial Highway.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the section of state highway route 197 between the intersections of Schofield avenue and Dudley Hill road with West Main street in the town of Dudley shall be designated and known as the Anthony B. DiDonato, Sr. Memorial Highway, in honor of the town’s longest serving selectman and World War II veteran. The highway division of the department of transportation shall erect suitable markers bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of the department. |
