An Act designating a certain bridge in the city of Malden.

An Act designating a certain bridge in the city of Malden.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The Bridge on Clifton Street in the City of Malden shall be designated the DiPaola Brothers Veterans Bridge, in honor of John “Dippy” DiPaola , Arthur “Artie” DiPaola and Rocco “Rocky” DiPaola , and all siblings who serve or have served in the United States military.

SECTION 2. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall erect suitable markers bearing said designations in compliance with the standards of said agency.   The department of public works for the city of Malden shall be responsible for th e maintenance of said markers.
