An Act relative to the removal of spending limits in the town of North Andover.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. C hapter 9 of the charter of the town of North Andover is hereby amended by striking s ection 9-8-1 in its entirety.
