An Act relative to the distribution of copies of the warrant in the town of North Andover.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 3-2 of chapter 4 of the charter of the town of North Andover is hereby amended by striking out subsection (l) and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-

(l) Distribute, or cause to be distributed, copies of the warrant and Finance Committee report for all town meetings as prescribed in Chapter 9-6-1 of the Town Charter as amended.
