An Act designating a portion of Route 140 as the Korean War Veterans' Memorial Roadway.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              The connector road to Acushnet Avenue at Exit 6 on Route 140 in the City of New Bedford shall be designated and known as the Korean War Veterans ’ Memorial Roadway.  The Department of Highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
