An Act Relative to the Continued Use of Memorial Park in the Town of Rockland.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Rockland is hereby authorized to continued use of portions of the area known as Memorial Park currently designated for use as school buildings and related structures, for the construction of new and renovated school buildings as shown on a plan entitled “ Plan of Rockland Public Schools – Memorial Park, dated April, 2010 ” . |
