An Act relative to overall vehicle length.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 19 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended in the second paragraph by adding, after the words “one hundred and sixty-four”, the following words:  “or a telephone company as defined in chapter one hundred and sixty six,”

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
