An Act Providing for the Conveyance of Certain Land by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts along I-95..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. The Secretary of Administration and Finance is hereby authorized and directed to designate any property bordering or abutting Route I-95 or Dedham Street, in the Town of Canton taken in behalf of the Commonwealth by eminent domain, to be used exclusively for social, civic or recreational purposes. |
