An Act relative to the Massachusetts insurers insolvency fund..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subdivision (1) of Section 5 of chapter 175D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in paragraph (a) in lines 10 and 11, the words "three hundred thousand dollars," and inserting in place thereof the following words: - six hundred thousand dollars. |
