An Act relative to per diem pay for legislators.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Section 9B of Chapter 3 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out lines 7 to 95, inclusive.

              SECTION 2.  Section 9C of said Chapter is hereby repealed.
