The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act preserving dates of birth from city and town records.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The twenty-sixth clause of section 4 of chapter7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:
(q) other than the year of birth, the actual date of birth for individuals who appear in any city or town public record.
